on the computer u use to optimise the plant u can talk to the enclave..
uve gotto go to a screen where there are like 5 options i think..
one is like log off, 1 is back.. i think..
but then there are 3 more.. not exact sure but something like

you`re right,and if you keep talking to them you can discover many things, but you make a wrong answer and they will send a hunting party after you,wich wasn`t very nice, in my case...

i *handnt* beaten the game when i posted the correct thing..
i beat it about 4 hours later
so anyways..
dude just post what u know when its appropriate..
and to know the game through, try everything in speech, including on computer..
thats how i found that out..

Steps to access Enclave network.
There's one sure fire to way to get into the network without messing up. The only prerequisites are:
Grade 3 reading level(i mean for you reading this, not 3 intelligence in game!!)
About 40-55% science skill.
Use teh computer and select action:
next select the part about a network, continue until it asks for codes to log into the netwrok and gives you a few options. Each code has a letter in it. THe order is...XYZ easy to remember? so it would be like
5325X564
53Y355
6464Z66432
for example. They all have the XYZ in the center so you shouldn't be able to mess up.
