eradicating slavery in vault city

well, i got to vc and found that preacher,who was blaggin' on about slavery in vc . he sounded pretty mad but i was playing a saviour of the wates character, and seeing as there were no kitty's in tree's i had some free time. i went along with his spin, only to discover the bastard's a...bastard. the fellah the briefcase was going to is a complete criminal ohhh great really nice karma for that. but then i found out the fellah in new reno was setting up raider attacks on vc for someone in ncr. But heres me thinking "surely not the peace loving ncr i've been hearing about?" and heres my question- I heard somewhere that the man in ncr who's paying the fellah in new reno is in fact a rouge dissadent of ncr and you can get a quest from tandi to kill him for attampting a mass slaughter in vc. how do you get this quest? is it possible? is their a "good guy" ending to the original briefcase quest...OH MY GOD ITS 2 O CLOCK and tommorow...errr today i've got balancing equations in ionic formula's for chemistry...

I've never HEARD of any quest to wipe out Vault City. Sure would be fun though to gun down those wealthy bigots. Except that Councilman Mclure guy or whatever, the one who's in Lennet's house, down the hallway.

I want a nuke... I wanna nuke... Vault City!

Councilman Mclure is a bastard also. Give him the economic data disc, no matter what hes says Gecko still gets attacked. KIll everyone in Vault City expept the woman at the bar, the people in the vault (well the nurse maybe...) and the slaves ;)
