Has anyone managed to create a human/mutant racial war in Broken Hills? You cant show the letter from Francis wrote to Zaius to Jacob, which is a huge mistake in the game on Black Isles part. What else can u do to create havoc and mayhem (apart from actually just killing all the mutants)?

That guy Jacob that you talked about, he gives you quests with havoc and mayhem. When you talk to him the first time, just tell him that you hate mutants, and agree with him and stuff.
