Exploding Enclave

Well, it's me again. I'm here to harass everybody with another silly question.

Anyways, I'm trying to blow up the Enclave main frame computer; but it won't let. I've tried setting plastic explosives, and even dynamite all around it; but nothing happens. What the hell is going on?

Also, I see another computer on the same floor that I can't reach even though there's an elevator to it. I can't seem to find where to get to that room. Is that important?

Help this punk. Thanks.

Are you talking about the Enclave oil rig or Navarro. In the latter case, you can't blow it up. In the first case, plastick's should work. Maybe you got the wrong computer.

It's the Enclave oil rig for sure. It's the main frame on the level below the President. It's in the north eastern part of the level. I've even tried placing more than one plastic explosive (five to be exact) around it; but nothing happens.

However, like I mentioned, I see another computer right beside it that i can't reach that may be the one I'm looking for as there's an eleveator there. Though, I have yet to find a way to reach it.

Knowing me; it's probably something obvious.

Are you placing the explosives around thing that looks like a giant toaster? You have to place the explosives in front of one of the terminals.

I have never been albe to reach that room.

Yep, that's the one; though I was trying it earlier; and it finally worked. Odd, considering that i must have placed a ton of explosives around it. Thanks for the help, anyways.

As far as that unreachable room. What's the point? Just too tease us, probably.
