FO2 Extended Character Attributes... anyone?

Just a random thought...

Has anyone ever been able to edit character traits besides stats/skills/karma/etc? Would be neat to see a character editor that could modify things like:

- Vault City citizenship
- Made Man (which family)
- City reputations
- Karma titles

Is this possible? Feasable?

All I know is you can edit karma titles. Just change your karma points and experiment!!!!
