Fake Vault13 hmmm....

Can someone tell me who you have to talk to to find its location or somthing that you have to look at to get it because this is one of the things i have not seen.

Talk to Merk in the backroom of the bar in the bazaar in NCR (he's only there at night). Ask him about V13, he'll offer to sell you a disk with the vaults location (fake v13). However, you may have to complete a quest for him first to prove to him your bad enough to talk to...
