RE: fallout 2
Uh no. Ok I didnt pass fallout in 1 week. I dunno how long that took me, as I played it for a bit, then left it. I only finished it like last month.
As for Fallout2 I passed it, but thats not to say I did a lot. I went through to vault city. Which is pretty easy stuff. They basically TELL you what to do. The only hard quest was in modoc finding the gold watch. Who woulda guessed...
Then to redding, which was straightforward too. I went to brokenhills but didnt fix the mine. I did a few things there. Then to new reno, ncr. blah blah. Its all straightforward as basically you get told what to do. YOu just gotta speak to the right people.
The san francisco. Well took me a bit to work out what to do (im a bit slow). I probably spent a whole day just wondering around there. Anyway, I did the 'make em thing your on their side then backstab em' with the backstab em. Its pretty straightforward, as theres not a huge amount of 'problem solving'.
And at the enclave, I got away with only fighting frank horrigan. What a fight that was... he died on the 2nd turn.
Anyway, that 1st game I kinda just wanted to finish it. Now im 'experimenting' more.
But what annoys me is how easy the game is.
I dont mean the difficulty, thats more annoying then hard. I mean actually complexity in quests. Whats this 'talk to ____'. Its so damn easy...
