[FO2] FO.....help appreciated

FO.....help appreciated

Have posted on FO board but it is not very active as game is old now . Wondered if any FO2 players remembered how to , in original Fallout , ........

1. Improve NPC armour .
2. Having trouble picking up / buying rifles and shotguns.......cannot seem to drag them to appropriate area ?
3. How to check NPC HPs ?
4. How to run holodisks..( did not manage this in FO2 either ! ) ?

Sorry to post on this board but , as I've said , it is far more active .

Just this once I'll answer your questions here, but next time don't post FO1 subjects here again. I do check all forums regularly.

You can't that was one of the improvements of fallout 2.

Just rifles and shotguns? No problems with other items?

Take the awareness perk. It allows you to check the hitpoints of every npc in the game.

From your inventory leftclick on the holodisk and hold the mousebutton. Now use the disk by selecting the hand icon from the iconbar that pops up.

You should take Shadowman's advice to heart. And if you check the FO1 board you'll see that i posted a response to your post there at 11.42. So that is 3 minutes after your post here. And at that time i had not yet seen your post on the FO2 board.

You're right to some extent. I check all forums regurly and the modsing forum once evry now and then. I was on my way to the fallout forum when i saw this. I assume what you mean is when you drag something from one inventory to another they won't go in. I had this problem. Try several times and make sure that you have diffrent parts of the gun in the relevent colum. If not sorry.
