Frank Horrigan armor mod..... where is it in the game?!

I have downloaded the Frank Horrigan Armor mod which makes the armor avalible in the town of Klamath. My question is where abouts in klamath the armor actually is.

you could find it in the cave near klamath, it's actually outside of klamath
