Frank Horrigan Information

Hey, can somebody tell me if Fallout 2 tells you about Frank Horrigans past? Like does the game explain how he came to be an armored mech person and how he came to be on the oil rig? Can you just tell me if it does or does not explain these and if it does, what the answers are? Thanks!

ooo... i knew that'd happen. I've beaten the game a bajillion times. Now your making me play through it AGAIN? o well, i wanted to anyway lol.

Sgt. Granite of the EC squad can give you some info about Frank Horrigan. It seems Horrigan was a former Secret Service man (probably ex-Marine as well, judging from his dying words) on whom the scientists did some FEV experiements.
