Gauss Rifle Or Bozar ?

Which is the better firearm ? I have the Bozar , but have read several times that the Gauss Rifle is the best weapon ? What's the general opinion ?

Well the good thing about gauss rifles is that they rely on the small guns skill. This makes it worth while to put points on this skill essential at the beginning of the game. The Bozar ot me a bit anoid. I had to steal it, well i prefer the gauss rifle so that's my opinon

Try the Gauss Pistol too.

The Gauss rifle is good for fighting enclave soldiers. I think one targeted shot to the eyes usuallly brings them down.( ihad luck 7, small guns 172%)Bozar is impressive but it's not very efficient...

At long range the Gauss rifle is better and the Bozar is better at close range.....i use those as my 2 primary weapons.....can't match Bozars damage in close fighting.....but overall Gauss is more versatile.

They are both good, but if you have an ok skill at big guns, you will definitely kill nearly any bad guy from close range in one burst. The ammo for the bozar is pretty common, but you need lots of it. Just use whichever gun you have the best skill at using.

Gauss Rifle for long and middle distances -> 1st hand
Vindicator, Bozar or P90 for small ranger -> 2nd Hand

That's the combi which make you win all the battles

i usally have stimpacks in the one hand, helps you live unless you have a super high level, like lets say 25? :-)


If electricty and water don mix...what idiot invented the electric kettle?

I leave the stimpaks in the inventory, because i only use them when my health is really low, when you are going to use more than 1 anyway...
