GECK

Quick yes/no question. After I return to arroyo too find it is to late and I have the GECK, is it useless to now keep it, or will I need it later anyways?

When you found the GECK, Arroyo will always be destroyed, part of the story.

So do I need it later for anything? I like to keep my inventory neat and tidy, and the GECK does weigh 10 pounds.

I believe you need to GECK in the end.

Ok, here's a spoiler. I am pretty sure there is another GECK at the Enclave, which is where you will probably find the survivors of Arroyo.

You probably also have the experience from the GECK so you probably don't need to lug it around.

But.... when I played, I kept the GECK in the trunk of the car and then had it on my person when I hit the Enclave's off-shore base.
