Getting Tribe out of oil rig

How do I release my Tribe from the oil rig cells?The crazy lady said turn the power off.I found the power room( i think) but no way to get in. I have already killed the president and vice, released toxins into the air, killed everyone with the virus who wasn't wearing power armor, and released the antidote into the prisoner cells. What am I supposed to do? Pleasssseeee help meeeeeeee!!!!

If everyone is dead, you need to take some dynamite or plastic explosives, and set them up next to the terminal for the reactor control computer. It is the mainframe on the same level as the reactor. First door on the right after descending the stairs if my memory serves me. The tribe will then escape automatically.

There is another way...

If I remember rightly, you can talk to the guy in the Southern room of the reactor floor and threaten him into shutting down the reactor.

Scientist: I'm telling you if I shut it down it will cause a total meltdown!

Chosen One: Just shut it down now or I'll gut you like a fish!
