getting your car back from the chop shop

How do you convince T-Ray you're on of Bishops men? I've done it once but can't get it to work again. I've been going in wearing regular leather armor like the guys in Bishop's place, I dumped all my npc's except Miria, but will dump her if I need to, am a porn star and prizefighter, and have max stats in everything. I thought becoming Bishop's made man could help, but I think the briefcase I have to give him is in the car trunk. Anybody know why I can't convince T-Ray?

It may just come down to luck. It's possible that the computers making some sort of a roll and you're failing. If you try enough you might succeed. You could also just pay him or (if You're female) Seduce him and have sex with him.

It's easiest to just pay him (or sleep with him). Make sure you car doesn't get stolen until after the game is over, so you can get the grav plates.
