Where can I find the guy that has a book of the bartenders in klamuth? She said he would be by mom's...but he is no where to be found. Also what is the date of the deadline that u have to find the GECK? and will the game continue after u find it like in Fallout 1 after returning the water chip?

The guy you are supposed to get the book from dosn't have it anyway so searching for him is not needed. It can be found near a barrel near the curch or in the toilet shack. Both places are in the area with the graveyard. Some people have also found it in a grave.
The time limit is 13 years and the game will continue after finding the GECK.

There are 4 places the book will be found, another is around the ruins near the Slaver's place and near Mom's Diner.
