for the items you should download the INVENTORY EDITOR (what original name!) but for have a certain tipe of weapon (ex. a vindicator minigun) you should first have a weapon or some ammo for have the acces to the weapon list. For the items is the same, you need a item (ex. a bottle of nuka cola) for have the acces to the item list.

no no no i mean like the picture itself. For say if i wanted to make a desktop picture.

Well this is very different. The only thing that came in my mind is to take yourself screenshots from the game then isolate the images whit adobe photoshop
