Hey I found another thingy :)

I didn't know this myself but I went to the mordino casino with a combat knife in my hand and talked to lil jesus, he adjusted my grip and for 200$ trained me in melee weapons. This characters IQ wasn't low though, it was average (or maybe 6, doesn't matter). In any event I guess just carrying a knife and talking to him will trigger it, before initiating dialog he said "nice knife" before I talked to him and then wham, 200$ later I gained like 4% melee. And that's on top of the 100% i already had :)

Yes, well, New Reno and VC are full of these little things.

Sorry to disappoint you but i knew this already. It's kind off a veteran thing. Anyway, don't let that discourage you from posting this stuff. Others might not have found it out yet. And if you ask yourself why it hasn't been put up before. Well, i don't know. It's probably because the bonus isn't that big and nobody has asked about it.
