Hi

In Fallout 2 it's nice to take those "Touris" drugs. When you char is only able to say "Buglbuuuuuuuuu" that's quite funny ;)
But do they have ANY sense? I mean some kewl new quests if you're a Junkie or so...

No, everywhere. NKR (the first guy, who sells the weapons) has some and in The Den Tubby has some.
The most drugs I from dead peoples from custom events in the destert...
