If you mean the Gecko economic holodisk you don't. You give it to the person it's intended for... someone with a more sympathetic ear if you remember...

Or do you mean Bishop's Holodisk? Well first you must repair the power plant. Now you also need to get the account book in the Raiders' cave. Now you can give the holodisk and account book to the bitch and tell about the NCR stuff.

You can't. In order to get a good ending for Gecko, fix the plant but don't optimise it.

I tried that, but that didn't work. Both times I try to Repair and/or Optimize it. The ending sequence says that Vault City couldn't expand because of the limited power of the power generator. YES, I patched the game.

You know, I haven't tried it, but because gecko get's screwed by Vault City most of the time in the ending you could try wiping out VC.

You can get a good ending for Gecko if you don't optimize the plant and if you don't scout the area around Gecko for the VAult City guards.
