Because you can't get it in the game without cheating and every so often you get some idiot that says he's gotten to the second
HHG encounter.The next time you load F.O.2,at the screen where it says new game load game and such,hit control+r together and you will see a map options screen pop up.Scroll down to you see HHG,there will be 2 of them,hit the bottom one.You should then be prompted to name a character for the map to load.Now you should see the encounter with King Arthur and his knights in power armor outside a cave.There is NO other way to see this.
