Horrigan and limits
Alright, I'm not very good at this game. I've looked at walthroughs about three times, and restarted a LOT. But now I'm finally at the end, and I have some questions because it's VERY difficult.
1. After I learn of Navarro and such, do I need to get their as quick as possible and head out to the Enclave? I mean, is it akin to having to beat the mutants in a 100 days or so after getting the water-chip in Fallout 1? Or can I bulk myself up and try to gain a lot of experiences? Will I get a pretty bad ending by staying on the mainland too long? I'm saying this because...
2. It appears as though I must fight Horrigan in the end, and if I want a decent shot at him, I should probably also kill the prez for his security pass, which is a pretty dangerous thing itself. I can't find a way to talk myself out of this one.
Thanks for any help.
