How do I get into the stucked doors in Vault 8

I am at Vault 8 now, Vault City, on the second floor, there are some doors that are stuck, how do I open it?

[font size=1" color="#FF0000]LAST EDITED ON Jun-30-02 AT 06:31PM (GMT)[p]You need to have ST of 8, I think. If you aren't that endowed naturally, one or two buffout should do the trick. Be careful though, I'm pretty sure that buffout is fairly addictive.

Yeah its addictive, but addiction lasts 1 week only, but if you really mind then save/reload.

I think some of the doors are locked, not stuck. If you fail your lockpick attempt, you then can force it open.
