How Do I Get to the Reactor?

Okay, I've received the HyMag from VC, and I talked to Brain, but I can't find out how to get into the reactor? Where is the doorway so that I can install the HyMag?

Urm, have you talk to Harold yet? If you haven't, do so. Second, if you read the describtion on the brain's base, it says the reactor over there is never finished construction. Third, go to the courtyard(the first screen you see when you get into town), and take a right, then you'll see a massive door just a little bit up from the bar. That's reactor No. 5. As for how to install the thing, just talk to all the people in there.
