How does one get the .44 magnum with speed loader?

Just wondering how you get the magnum with speed loader?


p. s. Fallout 2 especially, aswell as 1 are the BEST games ever made!!!!

There are a few ways to get it. You could let skeeter make it for you. AFter you get him the 3-step plasma transformer. He will upgrade your weapons. One for free, after that you have to pay him (if you have a high enough barter, i guess, he will upgrade them for free). You could also let vic's daughter do it after you have given her the wrench and pliers and wait for two days. And the last one i know of is to let Algermon or the owner of the New Reno arms shop (his name slips my mind) do it.

In my opinion, AlgerNon (with n) is the best. 'cause he does it without money, and he can even upgrade energy weapons. He's the only in the game (that means I know only him) who can upgrade energy weapons.

He's in basement of New Reno Arms. Lockpick the door on the west side of the building or wait for him to walk his dogs otherwise he'll attack you.

You can sneak past the dogs as long as Eldridge is in the front room.your sneak skill should be around 70%>.
