how do i make the enclave help me fight frank in the end of the game???

Well, if you are asking how you can let the whole Enclave fight Frank, then you can't. However you can convince one squad to do so. Talk to sergeant Granite and tell him the whole oil rig will blow up and then he may be convinced to fight Horrigan. When you don't succeed at first try again. Don't take too long though. You are on a counter after all.

Make sure to talk to them before you enter combat with melee which means waiting to the very end to use the computer to make the battle easier.
