ok, it isn't a good thing as the title suggests...
i just started playing fo2 after finishing fo1 for several times. now i got a buggie issue in fo2 - i never toggle on 'always run', and i am in SNEAK mode, but occasionally when i click somewhere the character starts RUNNING to it!
come on! i wanna infiltrate the villains hive, i wanna take them out one by one without a scratch, i wanna stay out of gang fights or sth like that. now its ruined.
has anyone experienced this? or do i need 100% sneak skill to gurantee a 100% chance of not running in sneak mode?
oh yes, by the way. may i ask if i need 200% skill to handle weapons perfectly in fo2?
as i thought 100% is quite enough in fo1 before i randomly hear someone saying 200% and u can snipe better in longer range in fo2, which ring some bell as i found in fo2, with 71% small gun skill i cant get more than 50% chance of hitting the torso from 3hex away while wielding a pistol!
is it true?
