I found how to get behind the fence in Redding

I am sorry if it it is a repost.I am talking about the place where you kill Frog Morton.I think everybody know how to get the 3 lockers in Broken Hills.It is like that.Go to the north of the map,stand between fence and exit grid then you will see can see you can walk behind the fence.
