I need frosted lucky charms baby!!!

Hey, I've just reached level 12 with my 3rd character in the game and I thought I'd try using a hand to hand expert. I was wondering why I never had the option of choosing any perks like better criticals or more criticals. After looking at the manual I found out that my luck has to be at least 6 and I created my character with a luck of 4. I know that I can add 1 to my luck through a perk but does anyone know where I might be able to get that extra luck point???

Go to NCR and get a Zeta Scan from the hubblist south of the police station.Save game first though and retry as you might gain a intell. too!

Get the magic 8-ball from Shark Club's pool table (see the post labelled "Magic 8-ball" for more accurate instructions).

I went to NCR and got the zeta scan. It raised my luck from 4 to 6 so now I can get those ass stompin' perks. Thanks!!!
