[FO2] killing the statesman in NCR

killing the statesman in NCR

I just recieved a quest from the Bishop family, in New Reno, to kill a man (can't remember his name. his a politician though) in NCR. I have arrived in NCR, but I have no idea how to get in his ranch, can some help on how to reach and finish this guy off. thanks.

Talk to the policeman in on the corner of the 4way intersection. He's the Sheriff (as opposed to the one inside the sheriff's office).
