Levels in Fallout 2

I'm currently finishing up Fallout. I guess the levels end at 21 in Fallout since I haven't gotten that high yet but that is what's in the manual.

One, if that isn't the case, please let me know.

Two, how high do the levels go in Fallout 2?

I think they might be 21, or slightly higher.

Up to level 99, but I doubt you'd get past 30 in an average game.

I am level 43 now in FO2, and I know I have been crusing the wastelands too much, but I do not feel unaverage. Just like to shoot me a couple of centaurs every now and then.

I recall actually slaying Frank Horrigan at 31, I think. I'm not one much for cruising the wasteland but I do try to complete every single quest possible, that doesn't result in major negative effects such as blowing up Gecko.

I too have reached about level 35, but after then it tends to get a bit tedious. I'm not sure about the level max in F2, but the highest you can go in FOT is 50.
