Who else found the linguistic enhancer with mrs.bishop?

I have and I'm pretty sure well over half the posters here have as well. To get the enhancer, you'll need to resist you manly urge to fall asleep, after doing the deed, and talk to her. Ask her about her education. If you manage to keep from boring her to sleep, she'll tell you about the enhancer.

what does it take though to get the enhancer, because with me, i can only convince her to leave New Reno after i kill Mr. Bishop.

i had speech 75% and CH 7 and IN 8.... so i'm not sure why i can't get her to tell me about that

I had it almost all the times i played,but sometimes she dont give,i think it depends on the charisma and inteligence,or speech,i dont know for sure.
