i know somethin has been written bout this before but i just couldn't remember what the answer was and i couldn't find the post.
ok then..."where is the Lil' Slugger??"
hey i just finished the game for about the 4th time and i went to Reno, go around and talk to the prostitutes, junkies and such, they refer to makers, one such comment was, "New Reno was designed by Chris Avellone and Tom French. Both are sexual GODS." and other extreamly interesting/funny comments.
But wait, theres more... (<<for australian viewers) a lot of the characters also know about their existance, the ponder over if they will survive when i delete the game from my hard drive, i spoke to a Wright Child and he said..
" Um...Oblix? Are you going to delete us from yer hard rive now that you finished the game?"
"Don't worry little one. I'll come back and visit you as a different character."
"Will we dream?"
"Beats me. I don't seam to dream, so you prabably don't either.Life's a bitch, huh?"
HAHAHAHAHA, i love the power, c what u can find.

"When there is nothing left to struggle against, what will be the purpose?"

Heh, I'll have to go try that when I finish with my current character. My most recent game finisher was my evil character, and she wiped out the Wrights, so I can't use her. Anyway, most of the people in New Reno do say some great stuff when you come back. I noticed a lot of other places don't really do anything special like New Reno, though.

Anyway, for the Slugger: You have to find out about the vats in the basement of the train station. Father Tully will tell you about it. If you are a made man for the Wrights you can go in untouched, otherwise, you need to sneak. Then talk to Mrs. Wright. I believe she is in the top bedroom in the house. Tell her about the stills,but she won't believe you. She will tell you to meet her by the church the next day. She will be upset, and ask you to destroy the stills. After you do it, meet her again, and ten mention pay or a reward, or something like that. She will hand over some cash and the infamous Louisville Slugger.

BTW, where's that dialogue from? That "dream" bit reminds me of HAL 9000 in Odyssey 2...
