Lot's of tough questions. Reward if you answer them all.

There is any way to pass Frank Horrigan peacefully, without having to kill the president to get the passkey and without the aid of the enclave squad???

Do you know of any hack that allows you to see/hear all of the endgame phrases? It would be nice to hear them all.

There is any way to go through the turrets in the Sierra Army Depot without having to eliminate them?

There is any way to save the Deathclaws of Vault 13 from the Enclave?

Can you catch Feargus in the NCR after yoy give the spy holodisk from Vault15 to Tandy's assistant??

How can you enter to the gamblin room that is located in the NCR at the shop?

Can you talk without a violent end with the Vault 15 leader?

There is another way to reach the Enclave apart from the tank ( i.e. Vertibird??? )?

Thank you for reading this, and about the reward, well, it's imposible you have answers for all my cuestions, but anyway, I will e-mail you if the answers are satisfactory.

As a final thought, I love diplomatic/inteligent/non-violent(good or evil) characters.

No.

No hack to see or hear them in the game, and someone would have to be a fuckin' LOSER to take a shit load of time and compile them all into 1 text file for no damn good reason.

The turrets are solid objects, you cannot go through them even if they are disabled ;-)

The deathclaw genocide ending is the only deathclaw ending that made it into the final game

No, he just runs off when you give Gunther the disk saying he has somewhere else he needs to be. That's the last you'll see of him.

Talk to the dwarf that sells weapons in the shop. Enquire about some non-violent ways to make some money.

No.

I love dressing in purple robes and hitting children in the groin with a crowbar.

That's some weird ass name for a message. Plus, I've always found lookin' like Mad Max and luggin' a big flamethrower around quite fun. BURN THE MIDGETS.

Inhumane bastard about the crowbar though. Ever been hit in the nadgers with one? Ouch! .....I mean, OUCH!

As for the endgame phrases, there is a decidedly nifty little program called acm2wav which, obviously, converts acm files (FO sound) to standard wav format. It is available at most leading modding outlets. The only acm's that the game installs are the music files, and if you want to convert them, prepare to lose hard-drive space. Other than them, you'll need a DAT disassembler of some sort. Mod site of my choice:

That's why you then convert the wavs into mp3's. I ripped the entire Fallout 2 soundtrack from it's acm files, and then converted into mp3's, much smaller.

you don't need the enclave squad, but you have
to fight him, he is the last boss you know.

>Do you know of any hack

NO.

no, they can be deactivated though.

it's quite simple, you don't fix their computer,
the geck is in the locker room, if you don't fix it the game marks the quest as still incomplete and won't kill the deathclaws, there is no special
endscene though.

>Can you catch Feargus in the

>spy holodisk from Vault15 to

no, he packs up and leaves town.

>How can you enter to the

ask the midget if there is any work, then ask if there is any way to make a quick buck in town, he will charge you for the password.

>Can you talk without a violent
>end with the Vault 15
>leader?
no, he hates you and is completely insane.

>There is another way to reach
>the Enclave apart from the
>tank ( i.e. Vertibird??? )?
no, the tanker is the only way.

really? you need the following npcs to compensate for a lack of combat skills:
Cassidy (give him a guass rifle and power armour)
Marcus (give him a vindicator minigun or a bozar)
Sulik (give him power armour and a super sledge)
Lenny (give him bridgekeeper's robes and any other
gun, he has a lot of hitpoints, he starts with more than vic can ever get)

True, but not in all RPGs you have to fight the end boss. In fallout 1 you didn't have to and Planescape: Torment also had peaceful solutions.
