Where is it? I searched all over Lvl 3 but can't find it. I'm playing US 1.02 version.

It's in a room with a lot of lockers and footlockers. In one of the lockers. The chip itself is green. I like green.

Vault 13 has no chip in any version. It was *supposed* to have the endurance chip, but unfortunately they never made an endurance chip.
