Miniguns, Aren't they awesome!!!

If it is worth it, where would I find one?

How comes nobody likes Avenger?
Where can I find one 4 free?

I like the Bozar cause it uses .223 ammo which is VERY abundant. I think theres one in the vault 8 and i think in the toxic caves area (after the elevator though).

my personal favorite big weapon is the light support weapon

10 shot burst, good damage, 3 shots per reload

For long distance the bozar is better but for mid and short range the vindicator is the most powerful

with all due respect, miniguns suck!
bozar is the best weapon in fallout 2.
with 120 points in heavy weapon, with every burst i caused between 150 to 884 (once!!) damage. most of the bursts cause about 200 damage to most targets, which is more than enough.

the bozar kicks ass!

But they run through ammo like mad (even if there is almost unlimited 233). I prefer using sniper rifle with my 150% small guns, 25% critical rate and better criticals. (best critial i got was this: You critically hit The Masticator for 0 damage, causing instant death. The Masticator dies.)

Seriously cause my 1 bullet can do amazing things to people, most of the time knocking them out or crippling an arm (depending where i shoot of course)

I kinda like it. It's a good way to use up 5mm ammo that would otherwise just sit in your trunk. Use it on deathclaws and aliens when you're levelling up in the desert. At times I've used the M60 to use up 7.62mm ammo. The LSW stinks, though.

Of course, Bozar is better for the reasons people have already given, but that doesn't mean you can't swap back and forth a little. When you're going to Navarro or the Enclave, though, the Avenger sucks due to poor armour penetration. If you have Sniper and LK 10 it may not matter much.
