More criticals perk

What do you think about it.I think you can get it 3 times and my luck stat is 8.If I do that I can have 23% critical chance.But is it useful when you have sniper perk.

If you have 10 luck it won't make no difference with the sniper perk. I think with sniper, each luck point is like +10% critical chance or something and your original critical chance is taken away. So if you have 7 luck and 3 x more criticals and sniper you would have like 85% chance for critical.

It isn't that good a perk though. Don't get three levels of them. You can if you want though.

Sniper works like this.

When you shoot someone, the game will generate a number from 1 to 10 (ie. rolling a 1d10). If the number that it generates is greater than or equal to your luck, then you'll critical.

However, note that you're spending 4 perks, 3 Critical and Sniper (12 levels) to get your criticals. What is a more effective method, is the get the Zeta Scan, then take Gain Luck. Finally, take Sniper (or Slayer). That way, it takes only 2 perks (6 levels) to get 100% critical.

Actually, I don't think it's 100% critical. I heard somewhere that it's actually capped at 95%, so you can't have a perfect critical everytime. There's always going to be a chance that you'll miss, critically miss, or something like that.

I was wondering about the whole critical thing. The main thing I was wondering, is how does this work with bursts? With the Bozar, for example, do you get that critical chance with each one of the 15 shots in the burst or just the one chance with the burst? I've started a big guns character, and I've noticed that when I get a crit, I tend to do a LOT of damage. I did over 1200 damage with one burst, so it seems like I may have gotten the crit with each shot.

I'm pretty sure that each bullet that "bursts" is rolled seperately. So if you have sniper and did a close ranged burst...you could absolutely destroy the enemy. ^_^

then couldnt u like critically hit sum1 say for 200 but also critically miss and drop ur weapon

I'd have to say based on what I can see, it looks like one roll to hit with a burst, and therefore one chance to crit. but if you crit, you crit with all the bullets.

I think what it does is one hit roll (maybe like champions where you get bonuses for using a burst, one roll and for every so many above what you need to hit is one of the bullets hitting?) Then another hit roll for any bullets that missed on anything in the burst radius.

One thing I'd like to ask that might help confirm or deny this is do you ever hit anything else besides what you are aiming at when you crit?
