My car is upgraded??

I've found I don't know how many car questions but none that seem to help me. I'm at the chop shop and I got my car back.. sort of.. He said he'd upgrade my car, but to my knowledge he never did. I went to broken hills and that took about 6 days. I came back and it was still in the chop shop. Any help?

Btw.. is it possible to beat the mutant at arm wrestling? I have 10 str.

T-Ray's upgrade doesn't add any power, it adds trunk space and removes the nasty stink from the seats. If you get the grav plate upgrades, you'll never have to recharge you car again. You can only get the grav plates after you finish the game.

Yep, you can beat Francis. You need str of 10 and a lucky dice roll. :-)

to be francis u need endurance as well as strength, just take buffout before you arm wrestle
