NCR and the hubologist

How can I kill the hubologist without being attacked by the guards? And should I let him do that brainwash thing to me? Do I need to get anything from him before I kill him?

The stealth killing tactic always works (using superstim packs on the victim). However AHS 9 has a load of HP so you'll need a lot of packs for this.

You mean the Zeta-scan? Sure, it's good for +2 luck or -1 luck. LOL. You should save before trying the scan. Or you can get the San Fran Zeta-scan for +1 luck and int or -1 luck. You can get only one scan though.
