NCR, Vault City and Redding

I have read earlier that if you complete the excavator chip quest in Redding without finding a cure for jet, Redding will join NCR.
If you find a cure for jet, this will cancel the excavator chip quest and Redding will join VC.
What I wonder, is what the results of;
1)Finding the evidence in Little Jesus safe of his involvment with the attacks against VC
2)Eliminating the Raiders
3)Showing the evidence for First Citizen Lynette
and then deliver the information to NCR
will have on the endings.
Finally, is it possible to have VC join NCR without skipping the jet quest?

Damn dude u messed up on A LOT in your post.
Anyway, If you show MR BISHOPS evidence to Lynette and wipe out the raiders, and give the jet cure to Painless Doc Johnson in Redding. Vault City will join with Redding because it no longer uses drugs.

And for getting VC to join NCR (if that's what you actually mean, unless u meant redding to join NCR). If you blow up the Gecko reactor the population of VC ends up mutating and has to move away to NCR and becomes second class citizens (now THATS justice)
