Never found the answer

I've looked but never found the answer to the following question
I don't post ever and probably won't again so I hope this is a good one.

In NCR in the back of Duppo's shop is a guy and a gambling table I've never been able to get in either door. I think I have tried everything explosives, skills, lockpick etc. I was wondering is there anyway to get back there? I'm just curious and that's the only thing I've left undone.

If you know the answer please enlighten me, if it is also not possible, I don't know why it wouldn't, I would also like to know.

There is another way to get in, but I've never tried it myself. You need to have high speech and gambling skills, then talk to him. This option doesn't seem to limited to the first time you talk to him, but you may want to find this out for yourself.

whoever it is has it set up to search for the words """"u"""" and """"ur"""" then changes them to a link that teaches you to read or somethign..
i usually click edit and change it, but i couldnt be bothered..

As far as I know that's the only way to get in. You need 55% Gambling (possibly Speech, as you say, but I always have lots of that so I wouldn't know) and you must not have accepted the brahmin quest yet.

Ya ive gotten in with 100% speech and 110% Gambling.. Hehe.. and no i dont usually have that much gamblin skill . Dont know the bare minimums tho, but lots of speech is a useful thing anyway. Gambling, however, isnt . The other way i dont know about..
