[FO2] NPC ' s level up

NPC ' s level up

i have got, Sulik, Vic & Cassidy. Now i'm level 12, only Sulik & Vic have rasied level.
How can i have Cassidy level up??
When my NPCs rasie level? Is it every 3 levels??

Cassidy can level up... It's sort of random how often NPCs level up, sometimes they do it two levels in a row, and sometimes you have to wait lots of levels for them to level up...

Well, the maximum possible level for the characters seems to vary (get a walkthrough) from being able to gain 4 to 6 levels. The chance of your characters to level up is 1:3, and if they don't go up a level then its 2:3 and if they still don't level then its 3:3.

They seem to level up around when u get a perk. So gain enough experience so u need only like 5 more to gain a level, then lockpick a door or complete a quest. (Save beforehand). And just keep reloading the game till whoever can level up at that point will level up.

Say Vic and sulik both can, however only Vic does, and then sulik if u reload it, just keep doing it until they both level up at the same time. Simple

Hmmmmmm Im very certain that I used proper spellings in that. I'll try again for good measure. Bascily ur NPCs seem to level up mostly when you gain a perk. Just keep reloading the game before a level up until all ur NPCs (who can level up at that point) do. Now lets see if I'm a complete fucking moron again.
