one more question - coolant report - what is it for?

in VC, in some building, on shelves along with a request form
(necessary to get that part for Skeeter) there was a coolant
report. what's that? what's it for?

It's used in the evil solution for the Gecko power plant problem. If you are evil you can give this report to one of the ghouls inside the plant, his name slips my mind but it's the same ghoul that you ask to install the hy-mag. If you give him this report, he'll shut down the coolant valvue on the reactor causing a meltdown of the thing.
