ACtually, The Mauser is the only one that always uses 9mm... You can occasionally find a P90c loaded with 9mm but, once you drain the gun(Need to reload) it will no longer take 9mm. The whole 9mm thing is a glitch. You have to load it with 10mm after that, which is what it was made to use. I, actually, have yet to find a P90c with 9mm.

You can get a P90c with 9mm in it off of one of the raiders in Vault 15.
