PATCH for ELV (European Low Violence) version ?

Is there a patch for this version and if so, where can I download it? I have been having some problems accessing interplay's homepage, so I would prefer some other site.

Regular patches to the game are available on this site. If you mean a patch that turns your ELV version to the full violence version you can download it here: http://falloutgorepatch.here4u.de/
It's in german and it's a 40 Mb download, but I'm sure you'll figure it out.
