[FO2] Perk Help!

Perk Help!

I did something stupid... I was at level 9, and couldnt find any perk that suited me. So i decided to save it for level 12. I thought it was like skill points, you get 2 choices now, instead of 1.

But I was wrong I chose my level 12 perk (action boy, just so you know) and lo and behold... no 2nd choice.

Ive decided to do the only thing I can do - hack it I saved over my file as soon as I leveled up because thats when I killed Frog Morton, and I was in red health, so just to make sure.

Now... do I have to hack it, or is there another way? Just so you know, im not a 'hacker' i just want it to be fair.

Nope, I'm affraid that if you don't pick a perk before the next one comes around you lose it. So you'll have to resort to less honorable ways to get it if you want it. A character editor like Falche allows you to get any perk you want regardless of your stats, so if you want to be as honest as can be just make sure you take a perk that you could have picked at level 9.

Yeh, I will take one I could have picked in level 9. These are the things Interplay should tell you

Well, anyway i suppose it alright. I mean if you saved up until a big level, where you finally spent all your saved up perk points of action boy (just an example), you could end up having 16 action points. Thats enough for 3/4 shots of the Bozar.

Well I hate having to use a hack. Ive actually used one before. Like when I put all my skill points in one thing, but then decided something else would be more usefull. *sigh*

Instead of increase from 9 to 12, increase exp. level to the next one, load the game, do something to get experience (like healing companions) and save. edit this save game to the next level ... repeat this way and you´ll increase your party levels, your levels and get the perks you want. (Try to do this with all the party members you want, because if you add a new one, he/she will be useless)

So.....i've been playing as an honest character for as long as i can remember now.....(except this new game with the super character) but um.....anyone care to demostrate to me how to hack this stuff? because there's a lot of stuff i wanna know and get.
