Places on The world map

In your news page on the main screen you posted a map with places i´ve never heard of ....Abbey.....EPA......Primitive Village.... Are these places that never got to be finished or can I go there. In the later case HOW?

nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!! dammit interplay!!! bad bad interplay!! i hope in fallout 3 they actually finish the whole damn game before they release it.....actually.....fallout 2 is a pretty kick ass game. But it pisses me off that it could be better.
