Player's ear . . . Is it a useless item?

My character's ear was biten off in a boxxing match, but the ear's description said it could have some special use . . . does anyone know what?

I'll try giving it too Mike, the boxer who likes ears . . .

it sure is usefull!
it lowers ur charisma by 1, u cant get that point back..
hope u have a previous save game.
