Pole and Dynomite

At the army base I have the pole and the dynomite but how do I hook the dynomite up to the pole and push the cart?!?!?!?!?!?!?

First, 'use' the pole on the cart. Then right click until you get the 'action' cursor. Then hold down left click on the pole and drag down to icon of backpack. Select dynamite (no timer). Now just 'use' the cart (with the action cursor).
