[FO2] rainbow graphics and directx 11.

i have the rainbow graphics problem,

when I switched the mode in the ddraw.ini file to 4, it said I needed directx 10. I have 11 and I don't want to go backwards...newer stuff needs directx 11 I bet.

anyway, the various fixes and suggestions for the rainbow problem are confusing.

not sure what to do at this point.

i think you dont need 10 but 9, just download it from MS site and install, you'll have both(9 and 11)

Yes, download and install latest DirectX redist. Isn't step backwards, only your older DX9.0 files will be updated during instalation process.
