Remains of vaultdweller

Ones a friend of mine asked me if you could see the remains of
the vaultdweller from fallout 1 in fallout 2. I said:
"ofcourse not, you idiot!" but was I really right?

Of course you were right. Except, you can see the orginall vault dweller from fallout in FO2. You can get a radom encounter called the Cafe of Broken Dreams. THere you see a bunch of FO people, and you can get dogmeat, you know, the dog from fallout.

You can't see the original vault dweller in Fallout 2. The random encounter you are talking about does have Tandi, Set and dogmeat from Fallout 1 in it. The other people are those who didn't make the final cut for Fallout 1. Therefor none of them were in F1.
